Shipping Fee
The shipping fee to your country is based on weight of item and the shipping method. Once your made an order and proceeded to checkout, our system will automatically calculate the total shipping fee for you.

Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We declare gift with low amount in shipping invoice to help avoid customs fees. However, we usually declare the parcel with the low amount to help you avoiding taxes from your country.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days after making payment, please contact us.
  
Combined Shipping
We will do our best to satisfy your needs. However, for logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
